PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE
Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (ML CSU) on behalf of the Commissioners NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), West Leicestershire CCG, East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG and NHS England would like to inform providers of an upcoming procurement of Wheelchairs, Orthotics and Prosthetics service in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR).
The purpose of this PIN is to make the market aware of the CCGs' intent and give providers an opportunity to register their interest. We would like any current providers of similar services, providers who may be interested in providing this service in the future, or other stakeholders to register their interest by completing the attached feedback form and returning this via the Bravo website.
The information and details you provide may be used in any rationale for the tender and service specification content.
Interested providers are guided to complete and submit the feedback through a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ), to be completed and submitted via the MLCSU eProcurement portal Bravo by the stated deadline on the portal.
To do that, candidates need to register on the portal at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. If your organisation has registered previously, you do not need to re-register. Once registered, candidates must express interest by:
a) logging-in to the Portal, and
b) selecting response to advert and PQQ (search for reference number pqq_443) and submit by the date specified.
A further advertisement will be published in the next few months of a subsequent market engagement event which will inform the market of the Commissioners more defined plans for the service. This advert will be published on Contracts Finder and on ML CSU's procurement Bravo portal which will be utilised for the tender, we recommend that you register with these in the meantime if you haven't already done so, please see the links below.

NOTES

"Light Touch Regime" services
This procurement is for clinical services which are Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ("Regulations"). Accordingly, the contracting authorities are only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authorities are not voluntarily following any other part of the Regulations.
