Description
The Technology Development and Support function of the British Library require a new way of resourcing in a flexible manner to fill the gap between the existing permanent team and the business requirements to be delivered
The purpose of this Procurement is to establish a non-exclusive ad-hoc 'call-off' arrangement with a Partner that will work with the Library to ensure we have a flexible resourcing model but also offering complete services, such as, build, commission and run a service. Take over support of existing services or be part of a service, such as, development, testing or support.
This arrangement contains no contractual commitment on any party for the provision of any particular quantity nor does this arrangement involve any commitment to purchase but serves to commonly specify the levels of quality required and the terms and conditions of contract that will apply when specific work-packages are called-off by the British Library.
