Description
The Council utilises a post room in the Civic centre for processing incoming mail as well as sending Franked outgoing mail. The current franking machine is on lease which is due to run out and therefore a new lease is required to ensure continuity of business.
The machinery included in this contract are; Franking Machine, Letter Opener and Folder Inserter. The supplier will also provide Royal Mail Franking services as well as consumables for the use of machinery.
