Description
This contract will be for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions (3+1+1). The aim is to obtain external expertise for LLAOL with the following services:
- Review of existing goods lifts and provide recommendations for removing any inherent design failure issues, improving system operation to meet increased demand.
- Review current maintenance plans and strategies and where possible enhance these to meet increased demand.
- Act as our experts during the commissioning of any new lifts and sign off on LLAOL behalf.
- Review MCP lifts and provide a detailed report on any issues associated with the construction and design.
- Assist with asset replacement of any future works inclusive of specification generation, tender review, and SAT/FAT oversite.
