E-Bike Loan Scheme - information for Expression of Interest


Milton Keynes Council are seeking a partner to support with the delivery of a FREE electric bike 'try before you buy' scheme.

How the scheme would work

Residents of MK can borrow an e-bike for free for 3 - 4 weeks (the length of time it takes to form a new habit). The e-bike 'try before you buy' scheme will give people the opportunity to try out an e-bike for their commute to work, leisure or for exercise and if they enjoy the experience, they may go on to purchase an e-bike, either at a discounted rate via the retailer running the scheme, or via the Governments cycle to work scheme (or both).
