Description

NHS Property Services Limited manages, maintains and improves over 4000 healthcare properties. FM Services are delivered via a combination of internal self-delivery teams and sub-contracted arrangements. The company has recently completed a re- procurement exercise of its sub-contracted Hard and Soft FM services and is now in a position to look at introducing a Service Integrator across the FM supply chain to manage, support and enhance the FM operation. To enable pre-procurement market engagement, NHS PS is inviting potential suppliers who may be interested in bidding for this service. The procurement identifies a number of required services and expertise, underpinned by a supporting integrated technology platform, such as a centralised Helpdesk, Business Intelligence / Analytics, Asset Management & PPM Scheduling, Compliance, Energy Management, Scheduling & Workforce Management, Supply Chain Management, Capital Asset Planning, Invoice Verification & Processing etc. and welcomes supplier partnership working to be able to provide a robust and effective integrated solution.

NHS Property Services Ltd has arranged a market event in London on Thursday 16th June 2016 from 10:00 to 12:30 where you can find out more. The session will be informal and potential suppliers may attend at any time between 10:00 to 12:30 to discuss with key members of the NHS PS team. Please register to attend by emailing procurement@property.nhs.uk, putting 'FM Market event' in the subject heading, and stating the name of the attendees and their roles. Due to anticipated demand, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and limited to two attendees per supplier. Full details will be provided in the response to registration.
