The Contractor shall read this specification in conjunction with Volumes (2 and 3), materials and
workmanship and technical preliminaries respectively, plus the design intent drawings listed within Section A11 of Volume 3.Non-intrusive surveys of the existing access control and CCTV security systems at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital were carried out in February 2021, with drawings and schedules provided to assist the Contractors understanding of quantities and locations of installed equipment within the retained estate.
