SOLICITOR ADULTS
Rate of Pay: Band H - £21.16 per hour (please note that limited candidates should specify their required pay rate upon submission of CV).
Hours: 37 hours
Location: Currently working from home
Start Date: ASAP

Brief description:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience specialising in and handling Adults matters preferably from a local authority prospective.
The successful candidate must be confident and experienced in order to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to carry a varied case load covering all aspects of Adult and Education matters.
The candidate will need to be proactive, work well under pressure, self-reliant as well as work as part of a wider team.
The successful candidate would gain great exposure to a varied caseload and would enjoy a high level of responsibility with a great deal of client contact.

This role may require you to travel across the Borough of Sandwell. If so, a driving licence check, including proof of business insurance and MOT will be required.
