Description
Havering Council ('the Council') sought to tender for the provision of works to fulfil a 5 year long-term Estate Improvement Programme including where noted works to the internal and externals of residential blocks across the borough. The Council is looking to let the contracts as two distinct areas these are East and West as detailed in Appendix Q, there is also the opportunity to provide a tender to combine the two areas into one area, dependant on this being advantageous to the Council. The works are currently to 30 number locations, however this list is not exhaustive and can be adjusted by the client as required.
All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement Hub's Property Works DPS Official Journal of the European Union ("OJEU") reference number 2019/S 111-270744.
