Description

Solihull Council is responsible for the maintenance of over 24,000 street lighting columns across the Borough of Solihull. On behalf of the Council, the Street Lighting team is seeking to appoint a supplier who can provide the testing of the structural capacity of street lighting columns.

The testing must be non - destructive and will not involve excavation. Testing will be carried out of steel and aluminium columns which shall, in general, be related to 5 to 12 metre columns, although occasional testing of other column sizes may be required.
