Description

Disabled Children's Play Scheme and Youth Groups


The Disabled Children's Activity Play Scheme and Youth Groups contract aims to provide quality care, support and positive peer group opportunities for disabled children and young people.

The aim of this service is to deliver an Activity Play Scheme for Children with a disability aged 5-18 years. The Activity Play Scheme currently supports children with a wide range of disabilities.

Targeted activity days for children and young people with more complex and profound conditions will be delivered as part of this service.

The provider will directly receive referrals for access to the service and therefore must manage this process.
