Description
The Council is seeking to award a framework for Claims Handling Legal Services. The framework will be awarded on a ranked supplier basis. It is envisaged the top three highest ranked suppliers will be appointed to this framework orders will be placed with the supplier ranked first however if the first ranked supplier is unable to meet the Council's requirements orders may be placed with the supplier ranked second and so on. The Council reserve the right to run a mini competition with all three ranked providers.

This is an electronic tender via the Council's Pro-Contract eTender System. All organisations
interested in this tender should register an interest against this contract online at https://procontract.due.north.com/home Tender Reference DN605926. All tender
documents are available via this portal. The Council will be using the Open Procurement
Procedure, tenders must be returned by no later than 12 noon 13th May 2022 in
accordance with the ITT instructions. As part of the tender process a supplier briefing
session will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:00am 27th April 2022. To register your attendance please email julie.rogerson@sunderland.gov.uk The aim of this briefing is to
provide advice on submitting a compliant tender there will also be an opportunity to raise
questions. The contracting authority does not bind itself to accept any tender and is not
liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this opportunity.
Tenderers who pass the compliance checks, selection questionnaire and meet the quality threshold for the quality questions will be invited to present to the Council these are scheduled to take place in Sunderland on the 23rd May and 24th May 2022.
