Isolate and drain down.
Remove electric conduit to allow removal of heater.
Strip out and remove and dispose from site water heater and flue.
Install new gas fired water heater
Install new flue
Carry out all necessary pipework alterations and modifications
Carry out electrical works associated
Insulate new pipework
Fill and test.
Commission on completion.
