Description

Opportunity Overview:
Reed in Partnership is considering bidding as a prime for the Refugee Employment Programme (REP), commissioned by the Home Office in the following Lots: North East, Yorkshire & Humber, West Midlands, East of England, London, South West, South East.

The REP aims to enhance support already provided to refugees to help them integrate and become self-sufficient quickly. The REP will deliver employment support, English language support and integration support. The REP objectives include:
• Supporting refugees into sustainable employment, tailored to the individual refugee's needs & skills
• Supporting a holistic approach through partnership working
• Alignment with existing local services to ensure a joined-up package of support
• Supporting those assessed as needing additional support in addition to mainstream services e.g. DWP Job Centre Plus Network and Adult Education Budget (i.e., they would not be able to progress to self-sufficiency with mainstream support alone).

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from:

End to end organisations who can deliver a case working model of tailored, flexible employment support for refugees facing barriers to employment, which cannot be fully addressed by mainstream programmes.

Responding to this EOI
Please fully complete and submit this EOI, which can be found here: https://forms.office.com/e/zAJPUKPCXN by the closing date of Tuesday 13th December 2022 at 6pm.
