The principal intention of this tender is to appoint a specialist Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Consultancy, with the purpose to work in partnership with Dartford Borough Council and it's Asbestos Management Plan to provide survey and analytical data, and to directly supervise and monitor Asbestos Removal Contractors, where appropriate, to various types of properties borough wide.
