Description

The London Borough of Hackney procurement of a new contract for the continued provision of its Carers Support Service for Unpaid Adult Carers. The contract term for this service will be for 3 years with 2 ( 1+1 year) options to extend (maximum contract length of up to 5 years in total).

The provision of the Carers Support Service for Hackney's Unpaid Adult Carers, will deliver a wide range of local support services to meet the needs of carers in the community, is aimed at preventing increased needs for support and care.
