NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 September 2024 for the following reason: This tender process is being cancelled to allow the client to reassess their requirements and route to market.(Epping Forest District Council are looking for a consultant to help us develop a strategy that will enable us to utilise our operational assets to achieve our goals of:
•Increasing efficiency
•Increasing income generation
•Reducing carbon emissions and energy costs
