Realising Pavement Efficiencies in Highways England

Highways England is proposing to set up a contract for the provision of specialist technical advisory services to assist Highways England realise circa £350m in pavement efficiencies (contribution to KPI7). Realising the contribution to the efficiency KPI will the main objective but in addition there will be a requirement to develop an innovative, risk based, outcome focussed assessment 'tool kit' in the form of an Efficiency Manual that can be used by Highways England employees and suppliers alike
