Description
Newcastle University is constructing a new building called the catalyst building to co-host the National Institute for Aging and the National Institute for data. It will be an innovation centre, home to businesses in rented office space and commercial project partners. The centre will also offer a range of specialist facilities available for hire and will also welcome members of the public to exhibitions, events, citizen insights activities and the café. It is expected that the building will be used outside of normal working hours, with regular evening and weekend events. This tender is to appoint a contractor to provide building management services and marketing support typical of an innovation centre.
