Description

The Council wishes to procure the design, supply and install, test and commission of a new Air Conditioning system and the decommissioning and complete removal of 3 of the existing units to allow for the installation in the ICT Suite in the Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall. The current air conditioning system consists of 5no. Eaton Williams down flow air conditioning units: 3 of the units will be removed and 2 units shall be retained as emergency units only. The proposed new system will consist of 2no 30Kw and 1no 15Kw systems and be located in the same positions as the existing as shown on the included drawings.
