Description

Quotation for the Hire of Paddle Fans & Dehumidifiers

Contract for the Hire of Paddle Fans and Dehumidifiers for drying out of flood damaged properties. The service is to include all monitoring visits and must be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Estimated value for the duration of the contract £96,000 based on historic spend. This figure cannot be guaranteed. The contract period will be for three years starting 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2022.

The price submitted on the pricing schedule for servicing should include all materials needed to carry out the service and any travelling time and mileage costs.

Prices will remain fixed for the first 24 months of the contract then a price increase will be applied based on the average Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous 12 months, for the next 12 months. This increase will then be repeated on the third anniversary of the contract for the last year of the contract.
