Description

The catering department at Salisbury District Hospital are responsible for providing all food for the 2 catering units onsite as well as a daily menu of freshly prepared food for patients on the wards.
Food is currently sent to the wards using 27 food trolleys where meals are served to patients directly from the trolley. We do not send plated food to the wards.
The current food trolleys are becoming increasingly unreliable and as such the Trust is looking to replace them.
