Description
This contract is for the installation, removal and storage of St. Helens Council's own Christmas lighting within St. Helens Town Centre. The town centre lighting is made up of column motifs, cross street features, wall mounted decorations and tree mounted festoon lighting. In addition to the Town Centre lighting the Council may require Christmas lighting to be installed and removed within the surrounding ward areas of the borough. This work is subject to approval of Council Improvement Funding, which may only be agreed at short notice. Ward area lighting is made up of tree mounted festoon lighting, column motifs and column wraps.
