Description

Guildford Borough Council invite proposals to provide window cleaning services for a number of properties across the Borough of Guildford. The successful tenderer will be required to clean windows of our properties in line with the window-cleaning schedule.

The successful tenderer will be appointed for 36 months with the option to extend for a further period of 24 months. The award of the extension will be subject to the satisfactory performance during the initial 36 month contract term.
