Description

University Hospital Morecambe Bay "Client" is seeking to contract for a service to ensure their equipment is kept in a safe and reliable working order and operating with optimum efficiency.
The winning contractor must provide the service in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) recommendations and the requirements set out in this Technical Specification.
This includes the following:
• PPM visits - frequency set out in the accompanying pricing schedule
• Labour and travel costs for all PPM visits
• Reactive call outs - to be charged as a discounted rate
• Reactive call outs guaranteed within 48 hours (Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00)
• Electrical safety testing
• Servicing to meet OEM specification and compliance standards
• Telephone support
The Client reserves the right to add or remove equipment if required during the contract term.
