Description

Cheltenham Enterprise Centre forms part of Cheltenham Trade Park, Arle Road, Cheltenham and compromises a small development of commercial units. Along with new car parks, units 1 - 4 were built circa 2007 as Phase 1 of the development and the Authority now intend to complete Phase 2 building a further three units adjacent to the existing structure. Refer to Phase 1 development Site Plan Ref. 06188-C-50 Rev B for general arrangement.

Planning permission was approved for Phase 1 and 2 in 2006 and under current legislation Phase 1 has implemented that permission for the purposes of keeping planning consent for Phase 2 active. As such, further planning applications are not required, and this has been confirmed by Cheltenham Borough Council's Planning Department. Refer to correspondence from local planning authority ref. 02/01616/FUL dated 08 May 2018.

The main function and operational requirements of the finished building will be commercial/ light industrial activities, each unit rented on a lease basis. It is envisaged Phase 2 units will mirror those built in Phase 1 in terms of floor plan and elevations and will be constructed to a similar specification and standard.
