Description

Plymouth City Council (PCC) are seeking to procure a "turnkey" solution for the provision of full design, manufacture and construction services for a new timber cabin at Poole Farm, Plymouth.

The proposed scheme comprises a new, facility to serve as a classroom, eco-therapy venue, training centre, hireable venue space and a hub for wildlife watching. This high profile build at Poole Farm, Plymouth will be a visible timber structure aesthetically sympathetic to the natural surroundings and built with minimal impact to the land. The space will be used 7 days per week by a variety of different groups, mainly children and young people, including SEN students.

A JCT Design and Build Contract is required to take the project to completion.

The project must be completed and invoiced in full by 7th March 2025.
