A direct award to WT Partnership through Crown Commercial Service's Framework Contract RM6168: Estate Management Services. The requirement is to inspect and produce retrospective fire strategies, and to conduct fire door condition surveys, fire compartmentation surveys and fire damper surveys for the remaining freehold and sole-leasehold premises (103) that were not picked up in the first tranche carried out to the HMCTS estate in the 2021/22 financial year.
