Description

Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation for the provision of a number of lease re-gear and freehold reversion sale projects in response to tenant request

The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year subject to funding being available and satisfactory performance and will commence on 9 July 2018.

Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
