1.1.1. Futures Housing Group is looking to appoint a provider for 2 years, with a the option to extend for 1 year to provide a cloud based knowledge / insight tool, designed for authoring and supply knowledge content to both internal and external stakeholders. The system needs to be either Sass or cloud based and be capable of bespoke knowledge / advice based customer data look up. Details of which are included in the enclosed documents.
