Description

The project is mandated as part of the Field Activity Programme and the project will contribute to the programme objectives by:
• Maximising the rapid realisation of economic benefits and cash savings for Defra.
• Taking an 'agile' delivery approach that enables rapid tactical delivery of iterative 'no regrets' change.
• Implementing new ways of working and IT that increase resource utilisation and deliver efficiencies.
• Contributing to the reduction of Field Visits by enabling an integrated and responsive service.
