Description

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to provide Executive Coaching for the Leadership team (LT) and Organisational Management Team (OMT). The coaching will support their development, and be pivotal in enabling them to drive change throughout the organisation, supporting the Vision, Mission, Values and Behaviours to deliver good growth for the Leeds City Region.

Both teams are newly established, with some members still to be appointed. WYCA is going through the process of defining goals and objectives.

The initial contract will be for three years.
