Description

The contract is for Top-Up works to supplement Freebridge's internal team and other contractors for maintenance, repair and improvement of its properties in West Norfolk and the surrounding area. The contract is non exclusive and there is no guarantee of supply. The forecast spend is £200,000 per annum. The scope of the works under the contract comprises of the following- 1. Responsive Maintenance 2. Out of Hours Emergency Works and 3. Void Property Works.
