Description
Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England recently undertook an ITT for Adult Sexual Assault ReferralServices for the Staffordshire and the West Midlands Police Force Areas, and the Warwickshire and WestMercia Police Force Areas. (itt_623) which did not result in a contract award.
This notice is issued to inform potential bidders that NHS England intend to re-tender these Services.
However, prior to doing so NHS England would like to receive feedback from any organisations which would be interested in applying for this opportunity but did not do so for the original ITT. They would appreciate comments on the proposed lotting structure, pricing model and scope of the services. Any potential bidders wishing to contribute are requested to compete the on line questionnaire on the Bravo portal ref pqq_368. Please provide a response by 31.3.2017.
Please note this is not a PQQ it is being used to collect the responses to the questionnaire.
To complete the questionnaire:-
1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once).
Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details.
- Note the user-name you chose and click "Save' when complete.
- You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure).
2. To access the questionnaire
- Login to the portal with the username/password.
Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier).
- Click on the relevant pqq_368 to access the content.
- Click the 'Express Interest" button at the top of the page.
- This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs
_ Complete the questionnaire and press the submit button.
