Description

Hertfordshire County Council is tendering to provide a Floating Support Service to prevent homelessness in Young People aged 18-25 years of age (up to the 25th birthday). The aim of the service is to support Young People to provide them support appropriate to their needs, whilst ensuring their well-being and safety. The support provided must enable Young People to move towards independence including developing the life skills required to sustain independent tenancy long term, thus preventing future homelessness.
