Description

In 2014 The faculty of Engineering and Environment secured match funding from Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), as part of its GBP200 million scheme to increase high-quality Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students. The University will use the GBP6.7 million investment to create world-class teaching and research STEM facilities at its city campus, including new specialist laboratories and technology.This is the second phase of the construction works centred around the conversion of 2 lecture theatres to Automotive laboratories and the refurbishment of existing labs. Works must commence in March 2016 and complete in September 2016.
