Description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of a Planning and Regeneration Solution. The requirements cover for a new Planning and Development solution, incorporating functionality and features currently provided by a number of other systems and packages including BLADES (Microsoft Access database), ad hoc Excel-based recording and monitoring systems, and desired functionality which is currently unavailable through existing platforms.

This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 23/04/2018 until 22/04/2021. There will be an option to extend on two occasions for 12 months each subject to the successful suppliers performance.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
