Former Council Headquarters and Depot Watling House, its car parks, and Brewers Hill depot in Dunstable Bedfordshire LU6 1LF (25164.26 sqm) and Former Leisure Centre Site - Land to the East of Steppingley Road Flitwick Bedfordshire (7015.41sqm).
