Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council are seeking to provide improvements to the existing shelter at Canford Cliffs. This is in accordance with Sustaining Poole's Seafront Document where Canford Cliffs beach is referred to as the 'village beach'.
The pavilion enhancement project would convert the existing shelter to a café with outdoor terrace, refurbish the existing toilets, provide a new rangers station and add 4 beach huts to the first floor. The scheme would also provide a new disabled toilet and ramped access to the facilities and adjacent beach huts.
