Description

The building
The town council are looking for a new building to sit adjacent to our current greenhouse. This will have a dual purpose, with a 'sales area' and office. The office would need to have ample room for two people to work in and hold meetings.
The sales area will primarily need space for a member of staff or volunteers to serve customers at the till. Ideally the doors to the sales area will be large enough for customers to easily enter and exit especially if they have baskets with their purchases.
The office needs privacy and so both rooms will need separate exterior entrances, the partition between the rooms will need to run from floor to ceiling with a lockable door for access between the rooms, the partition must have good soundproofing qualities. Ideally the office will allow plenty of natural light in.
The exterior of the building should be clad in timber or a natural composite material to blend in with other buildings being built across the site and we would also expect the building to have good heat insulation properties and come with heating.
We are looking for a full turnkey solution including groundworks and electrical hookup to our existing supply, and any ramps needed for disabled access.
