This Invitation to Quote has been produced to enable Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Authority") to appoint a company ("the Company") with the required economic and financial standing for the new Entrance Lobby extension, enlarged Accessible Toilet, new Baby Changing facility, remarked designated parking spaces and external pedestrian access improvements works at Farley Park Community Centre, Whitehall Road, West Bromwich, B70 0HF
