Description
NHS Nottingham City CCG is looking to appoint a single provider to provide a quality, safe and accessible community and domiciliary phlebotomy service for adults across Nottingham City that are on Warfarin anticoagulation therapy or are being monitored under a Shared Care Protocol on behalf of all Nottingham City GP practices and will include:
• Taking blood samples as clinically required
• Safe storage of blood samples, ready for transportation to the Pathology laboratory for analysis
• The service will provide a clinic location that is easily accessible.
• The service will provide domiciliary visits to those patients that are unable to attend clinics and meet the relevant criteria.
NHS Nottingham City CCG invites bids within the total cost envelope of £100,000 (annual contract value), inclusive of all premises, staffing and consumables costs.
The contract term will be for 2 years (1st April 2017- 31st March 2019).
The closing date for completed tenders will be 1st March 2017.
