Brief description:
An exciting job opportunity has arisen within Sandwell's Young Adults Team and we are looking to recruit 1 x full time (37 hours) Social Worker for 3 months.

We are a busy care management team working with young adults with disabilities in transition to adulthood aged from 14 - 24/25 years.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience preferably within the field of transitions.

You must hold a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent and must have a Social Work England professional registration.

An Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults Barring check is also required for this role.

This role will be hybrid working which will consist of working from home and office based.

This role falls inside of IR35
