Description

The successful Applicant will be contracted to install a new TDSI (or equivalent) access control system in the Torbay Council, Town Hall buildings. The work comprises of installing a new access control system utilising existing wiring where possible and a combination of new Cat 5 wiring and/or the local IP network, utilising existing magnetic locks or installing new as required, interfaced with the fire alarm system.
Maintenance:
In addition, the successful applicant will be contracted to provide a full maintenance and breakdown service facility for Intruder Alarm, Access Control and CCTV systems for various properties as per the Maintenance Specification and site schedule. The number and type of properties will vary throughout the duration of the Contract.
