Description

The University procured an enquiry handling system to manage enquiries across the University to provide a seamless visible solution that addresses student and staff needs. The system will sit across organisational boundaries allowing staff and students to easily track the progress of their queries and have access to a self-service knowledge handling system with the ability to escalate issues that are more challenging to resolve.
