Description

De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out works on selective works extracted from reports within two Buildings on DMU campus.
The Contractor will carry out repairs to existing designated fire compartments and install new sections of fire compartmentation where additional protection has been highlighted within:
Gateway House (LOT 1) and Clephan Building (LOT 2).

Each LOT should be priced as individual projects, with any preliminaries costed to the individual project LOTS.

Please note: you cannot apply for either Lots, it must be both Lots.
