Description

This is a contract variation to the original award letter dated 23 March 2021. The contract variation is required to identify further cost saving opportunities for the TransPennine Route Upgrade Programme. As a result of the change it is necessary to amend the contract value. The contract value has been extended by an additional £250,000 excluding VAT. The approved increase brings the maximum cost of the contract to £750,000 excluding VAT. This amount includes the original award value of £500,000.
