Description
The MCA would like to procure a managed support service for its printers, which are located at multiple MCA sites around the United Kingdom.
The contract start date is 00:01 on the 1st April 2022 and will cover the working week 9am to 5pm.
The responsibilities of the service provider are as follows:
- Support for printers that can be remotely monitored for serviceability. These are called standard printers in our requirements. These are listed at Annex D of this document.
- Support for printers that cannot be remotely monitored for serviceability. These are called non-standard printers in our requirements.
- The MCA would like both Standard and Non-standard printer support to be in a single contract.
- Provision and delivery of printer ink and toner.
- Provision and replacement of consumables such as printer fusers, printer hard disk drives, printer maintenance kits, print heads and printer hard disk drives.
