Description

The establishment of a framework of providers to support Leeds and Bradford councils in the delivery of the reducing unemployment programme. The European Structural & Investment Fund (ESIF) Programme brings together various funding streams including European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), into one programme (2014-2020 with delivery up to 2023) to support economic development, skills, environmental improvement and social inclusion activities. The ESIF strategy aligns closely with the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)'s Strategic Economic Plan and priorities under the Local Growth Fund.
