We are seeking to appoint individuals or organisations who can provide expertise for all, some or any of the range of activities listed below related to the agri-tech / agri-food sector. These will include:

• Bid writing activities and related support for both public funded or commercial private sector projects/competitions. Providing guidance on project build and planning, Co-ordinating inputs from the consortium and ensuring the application is ready for timely submission.

• Project Management or Project delivery - either leading or supporting on specific projects related to the testing or validation of technology application for the agricultural sector and across all sub-sectors.

• Sector specific business support - providing bespoke support to agri-tech or agri-food businesses who are looking to develop, grow and strengthen their presence within the agricultural sector, looking at areas such as (but not limited to) value proposition, USP, business strategy, forward planning, market insights and accessing international markets.

• Workshop delivery - provide workshops or masterclasses to agri-tech or agri-food businesses who are looking to access new markets and grow their businesses.

• Provide insight for agri-tech and agri-food businesses from a farming perspective and from farming networks - what are the barriers, challenges and opportunities associated with the uptake of relevant products and services.

• Market / social research to understand wider perspectives relevant to specific areas of the agricultural sector and associated activity.

The scope of this framework also provides for any other related services (and where applicable goods) not listed but may still be called off in relation to the requirements during the framework period.

No Bidder is permitted to contact any 3 Centre (as the Authority) staff member whatsoever, during this procurement exercise, as to do so will render any Bid from a Bidder who contravenes this instruction to automatically exclude themselves from the ITT opportunity.

Any queries arising from the ITT document, and/or for further clarification please use the Q&A protocol at the electronic address (see page 1) no later than 22nd January 2024 - as beyond this date and time no further clarification questions will be answered.

We reserve the right to refuse to respond to any clarification questions if they are deemed to be seeking to gain commercial advantage/confidential information/unfair advantage against the other bidders, and additionally we may reject any offer submitted as a result of such infringement.

The Authority may at its discretion communicate any questions and/or requests for information together with the Authority's response to all Bidders.
